What are we doing

What's included in your WordPress maintenance

A fee of €40/month + VAT per website to look after the website you already have, with weekly checks, licences included and someone you can contact.

Here's what we check and what you can ask us to do as part of your maintenance:

Updates with weekly checks

We check WordPress, plugins and your theme every week. We apply the necessary updates and then check that your website still works properly.

Security and spam control

We review the installation's security and control spam, including spam comments. Keeping your website up to date helps reduce risks and detect problems.

Forms that do their job

We check forms and their notification emails to make sure enquiries reach you correctly. A working button is only part of the picture.

Performance and loading speed

We check how your website works and loads. We make basic adjustments when needed; if more extensive work is required, we explain it and provide a quote first.

One hour per month for changes or issues

For editing text, replacing images, updating information or fixing simple errors. The hour does not roll over from one month to the next. Work that takes more time or has a wider scope is quoted in advance.

Support by email or WhatsApp

You can contact us directly if you notice a problem. We respond during business hours and review the issue to let you know the next step.

A monthly summary that's easy to understand

We tell you what we have checked and updated, which issues we have dealt with and whether anything still needs attention. So you know what's being done on your website.

Licences included

Maintenance also includes the licences for the tools we use to look after your website.

Your business changes and your website needs to keep up. You have one hour per month for small changes or resolving issues, for example:

  • Fixing simple website errors.

If the work needs more time or a more extensive intervention, we'll provide a quote before starting.

    Send us its address and tell us who manages the hosting. If you already work with SLUPU, we'll catch up on any changes.

    We arrange access and verify your provider's backups. If a major repair is needed, we'll quote for it first.

    Weekly checks, testing and support during business hours. Each month you receive a summary and have one hour for small changes or issues.

    Maintenance helps reduce risks without guaranteeing absolute security. Recovering a website that has already been hacked is not included as standard.

    Send us your website address and contact details. We'll review the starting point with you, confirm the scope and arrange the necessary access and your provider's backups. Any more extensive preparatory work will be quoted before it is carried out. Do not send passwords through the form.
