Requisitos del Kit Digital para pymes y autónomos
The definitive requirements will depend on the call for applications published by Red.es. As a reference, the program rules have normally required the company or self-employed person to meet these conditions:
- Be an SME, micro-enterprise, self-employed person, or entity included among the beneficiaries of the call.
- Meet the headcount, revenue, and tenure limits established for the corresponding segment.
- Have a tax residence in Spain and be registered for the corresponding economic activity.
- Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations.
- Not be considered a company in crisis nor be subject to prohibitions on receiving grants.
- Do not exceed the applicable de minimis aid limit.
- Comply with any additional requirements specified in the future official call.
