Requirements you must meet to apply for your digital bonus
SMEs and self-employed workers wishing to apply to be beneficiaries of the Digital Kit must meet certain requirements:
- Hold the status of a microenterprise, small business, or self-employed worker.
- Comply with the financial and cash limit of the company category.
- Be actively employed and have the minimum seniority established in the call for applications (6 months).
- To be up to date with both tax obligations and those related to social security, and not to be considered a company in crisis.
- Not incurring any of the prohibitions established in Article 13.2 of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General Subsidies.
- Not be subject to a pending recovery order by the European Commission declaring aid illegal and incompatible with the common market.
- Do not exceed the de minimis limit
