FORQUETA is Paco and Gabriela, a chef and a passionate fashion journalist. A brand of Gourmet Aprons that offers quality, fashion and differentiation in a unique piece.
The lines of their aprons draw a route by the different cities that have been able to enjoy, as much of gastronomical experiences, as of the great diversity that offers the world of the fashion.
FORQUETA offers you a 100% Spanish product, crafted gently with lots of love, unique designs and combinations designed to wear the best equipment.
Customer segments
We defined how many customer segments FORQUETA was going to target, and then we knew how we were going to interact with each of them.
We created a Buyer Persona for each type of segment, analyzing four segmentation variables:
- Socio-demographic factors
- Personal factors
- Online behaviour factors
- Online behaviour factors
Value proposition
For each potential client, we create a value proposal, with the objective of sending a unique and personalized message to each target.
We also perform a SWOT analysis to generate a competitive advantage over your competitors and incorporate this difference into the value proposition.

Para que fuera más usable de navegar para el usuario y más fácil de realizar el proceso de compra, le propusimos un nuevo diseño web, incluyendo además de delantales, todo el servicio de uniformidad de quipos y asesoramiento a medida. Diseñamos su nueva página web de forma que mejorara el WPO y mejoramos también la experiencia de usuario en el e-commerce. Asimismo, añadimos algunos factores que incentivaran la compra online, como incorporar un chat en el site, añadir la propuesta de valor en cada página del producto, resaltar el envío gratuito y rápido, etc.
